Quality, On-time Delivery, and Continuous Improvement are three things that our customers have come to expect of Metalcrafters, Inc. The backbone of Metalcrafters quality philosophy is its certification to ISO 9002. This certification has guided us to put process controls in place that ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality in the industry.

In today’s business climate on-time delivery should be a given, and at Metalcrafters, Inc., we have taken steps to pledge that it is. We have implemented a program that schedules work flow to reduce bottlenecks and streamline our process so delivery commitments are met. This, coupled with our integrated manufacturing software, allows for real-time information to be retrieved with a click of the mouse and relayed to our customers.
Continuous Improvement starts before a part comes off the first machine. Our early vendor involvement program begins with our customers during their design phase -- this involvement allows us to make suggestions that will ease manufacturing and facilitate the prototype stage of product development, as well as the introduction into production.
This is only the beginning of our continuous improvement process. Metalcrafters' employee feedback system mandates verification of manufacturing processes, and encourages the employee to make suggestions for change and process improvement. Metalcrafters strives to improve our process from start to finish on every job thus ensuring quality and manufacturing efficiencies, in addition to improving both our, and our customers' bottom line.
