Metalcrafters' capital equipment is always kept current today, to be proactive to what our customers bring to market tomorrow. The Punch Press Department is filled with six state of the art CNC turret punch presses equipped with robotic material handlers that allow operation twenty-four hours a day seven days a week -- lights out manufacturing. We compliment these pieces of capital equipment with sixteen CNC press brakes of various sizes and tonnage. Robotics have also been introduced into this historically manually operated arena. Precision Machining, Welding, Sanding, Finishing, and Hardware Installation round out the list of our fabrication expertise.

Metalcrafters' electro-mechanical assembly and integration area is almost a business in itself. Currently, we offer services ranging from simple riveted chassis assemblies to fully integrated and tested systems. We incorporate a large list of passive electronic components including: backplanes, fans, cables, filters, and power supplies as well as a segregated ESD area for your static sensitive requirements. Metalcrafters is a "Box Builder" in the truest sense of the word. We take assemblies from the ground up and ship our customers' products that are fully configured and tested, which go right into stock, or ship directly to the end user.
